Make it or Break it #Resolution
They say New Year Resolutions are made to be broken. Any bet that as soon as you finished the mid-night count down on New Year’s Eve you began making a list of all the things you’d start to do the next day. That time has come around again. The last two years have been challenging for all of us. This year, it’s time to start something different, setting resolutions that can be done at work and will benefit your entire life.

New Year’s Resolutions are a good thing, but just don’t expect things to change from the 1st day. Resolutions are short-term goals to help you to grow day by day. If you think you can learn Korean, lose 15 kg or quit smoking, become vegan within the first month of the year, you’re sadly mistaken. Set short-term goals and Bifurcate your plan into small parts which you can complete on daily basis. Remember you have to achieve it on a daily basis so that ultimately it will come to an end with your satisfaction. Always remember change can happen gradually unless you will work it on daily basis. So make sure you are doing something daily on your predetermined plan.
Frame your resolution on a monthly basis
break down into weekly plans and see the progress day by day
do not quiet it until month-end
Check the progress at month-end and make changes according to the result
